Children's Chalet

The Children's Chalet is a very popular place not only for the children, but for the 'child' in all of us! You and your family will experience an interactive, multi-cultural, creative, educational and 'fun' time.

Community Partners such as Kwantlen First Nations, Fraser Valley Regional Library, Langley Community Services Society, The Little Gym, Scouts Canada, Coquitlam Centre Street Team, Avon and others help bring this area to 'life' with a whole lot of energy!

This year the children will have fun exploring other countries from around the world with the following inter-active and educational crafts:

1. Dutch Windmills
2. African Mud Huts
3. Egyptian Pyramids
4. West Coast Totem Poles
5. Japanese Carp Kites
6. Canadian Maple Leaves
7. Chinese Lanterns

You will find the Fraser Valley Regional Library in the tepee telling stories to the children! They will also have a display table and doing crafts, etc.
