Vendor Application

You're invited to take part in
Langley's International Festival
Saturday, August 28th and Sunday, August 29th

If you are interested in showcasing your cultural heritage at this year's two-day festival, August 28th. and August 29th. We encourage you to join in the celebration by becoming a Vendor. Send your completed application along with 50% down by July 1, 2010. You will receive first choice of your 'reserved' space and 'free' reserved parking with security.

If you are interested in applying for the 2010 Festival , please fill out the form below. We will be in touch to confirm your application. Costs to participate are as follows:

Vendor Spaces: $150.
Extra tables: $10 per table
Chairs: $5.
Electrical Power: $ 50

Upon receiving a completed application package, signed agreement, and a face page of your insurance policy by July 1, 2010 – you will be able to select your space – on a first come, first served basis. A map will be up shortly.

Once you become a Vendor, we encourage you to dress in your ethnic clothing or costume, display flags from your country of origin and have an opportunity to take pride in your heritage.

Spaces will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis once your application package is completed by sending in your application, payment, a signed agreement, and a face page of your insurance policy.

LIABILITY RELEASE: In consideration for being permitted to take part in this event, we agree to perform diligently, preventing harm or injury to ourselves or others, and to keep indemnified the Organizers, Langley's International Festival Society and the additionally insured; the City of Langley, Langley School District # 34, City of Abbotsford and Abbotsford School District # 35 and their respective agents, officials, servants, and representatives from and against all claims, actions, costs, expenses, and demands in respect to death, injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, whomsoever caused arising out of or in, notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of the said bodies or any of their agents, officials, servants, or representatives. It is understood and agreed that this agreement is to be binding on the applicant, its heirs, executors, and assigns.
